Privacy policy

This policy explains what information FC Markets ("we", "us") collects when you visit fcmarkets.media, and how we use it. The short version: we do not use cookies, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

What we collect

We use simple first-party analytics to understand which articles are read. When a page loads, your browser sends us:

• the page address you visited and, if it is an article, the article's identifier;
• the referring page address, if your browser provides one;
• the width of your browser window, so we can design for the screens our readers use.

Like any website, our hosting provider also processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not set cookies or use similar identifiers to track you across visits or across other websites.
• We do not run third-party advertising, social media or analytics scripts. Share links are plain links.
• We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not ask you to create an account.

Email

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you and to handle your request, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose.

Fonts

Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address as part of the normal web request. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Your rights, including California residents

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete or correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents have these rights and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still contact us with any request.

Children

FC Markets is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
